Mentoring Ecosystem objective. NewFoS will pursue the following BP objective: By adopting the methods and principles of educational excellence, NewFoS will create a multi-institution transferable Mentoring Ecosystem to develop an resilient culture and recruit, retain, and achieve a competitive workforce. The Mentoring Ecosystem will realize richer professional relationship building, successful educational experiences, and stronger team dynamics for students, postdocs, and early-career scientists—in a collective of innovation. This strategy will complement our Convergence Education to: (1) positively impact mentees and ensure resilient; (2) reveal and prepare career paths; and (3) build professional skills.

  • NewFoS researchers, staff, and students are a part of a robust team mentorship network to further student academic success through gaining technical and professional skills.
