The U.S. National Science Foundation’s Science and Technology Centers (STC’s) program fosters groundbreaking research and educational endeavors. NewFoS was honored with this prestigious award, and as part of our activities, we held our kickoff meeting at the Applied Research Building (ARB), University of Arizona, on March 11th and 12th, 2024. 

During these sessions, we had the opportunity to collaborate, work, and refine our strategic plan. Our discussions focused on updates on research, knowledge transfer (KT) efforts, and education.
