NewFoS Welcomes Exchange Visitor Oscar E. Xosocotla Espejel

We are delighted to welcome Oscar E. Xosocotla Espejel to the New Frontiers of Sound (NewFoS) Science and Technology Center, joining us through the U.S. Department of State’s Exchange Visitor Program.

Oscar is pursuing his PhD at the National Technological Institute of Mexico / CENIDET while conducting research at the Spectroscopy Laboratory, Institute of Physical Sciences, National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

Through this research and cultural exchange initiative, Oscar will collaborate with NewFoS teams on projects at the intersection of sensing, acoustics, and quantum-inspired technologies, contributing his expertise to our interdisciplinary community.
