The College of Engineering wrapped up the Fall 2024 semester by recognizing exceptional students and teaching assistants at a special awards luncheon held on November 19 at the University of Arizona Student Union Memorial Center. Among the honorees was Patrick Lohr, awarded as the Outstanding Graduate in Chemical Engineering.
Patrick’s dedication to his studies and research earned him this prestigious recognition. During the event, Craig M. Berge Dean David W. Hahn commended all the awardees, saying, “Many of you will move into careers and find technical success, but I bet many of you will also move up to become leaders, managers, CEOs, and presidents. And that is what engineering is all about – teaching you to think, analyze and solve problems.”
Congratulations to Patrick and all the outstanding graduates for their achievements and contributions to the field of engineering!
