Join us for the NewFoS Peer Symposium, a dynamic session designed to help our community practice, refine, and showcase their research communication skills! This session offers a unique opportunity for students and postdoctoral researchers to present their research in just five minutes, a perfect warm-up for those representing NewFoS and the University of Arizona at the upcoming IMECE 2025: International Mechanical Engineering Congress & Exposition. “Where Engineering Disciplines Intersect and Innovation Begins”. At Renasant Convention Center, Memphis, TN, USA | November 16–20, 2025

Symposium Objectives

  • Foster connection: Build a supportive environment for students and postdocs to form meaningful professional relationships.
  • Enhance belonging: Strengthen the sense of community within NewFoS, STEM, and higher education.
  • Empower growth: Equip participants with mentorship, tools, and opportunities for professional and personal advancement.
