Knowledge Transfer in Action at Spelman College

The NewFoS Knowledge Transfer team, Keith Runge and Araceli Hernández Granados, continued their second-year visits to partner universities with an inspiring stop at Spelman College.
During the visit, the team strengthened collaborations and explored new opportunities to advance STEM education and research:
- Collaborated with Derrick Hylton, a key leader in the REM program and textbook initiatives.
- Engaged in insightful discussions with Christopher A. Oakley, Senior Lecturer in Physics, on future directions for spreading knowledge in Topological Acoustics.
- Connected with Brooklyn Clarke, senior undergraduate student and NewFoS Student Council member, fostering student-driven collaboration.
These exchanges highlight how NewFoS partnerships are shaping the future of STEM through meaningful connections and shared expertise.
